The Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair (GNCCF) is a nationally renowned event and the premier craft fair in the North of England. It showcases crafts created from a wide range of materials by independent craftspeople, selected by an expert panel.

During the 2024 fair, I had the opportunity to curate and exhibit my work in a ‘Work in Progress’ show. I collaborated closely with a team to produce and set up the exhibition, and was able to engage directly with makers and creatives in the contemporary craft industry. Through this experience, I connected with Lauren Buxton, which led to further collaborations.
The show was titled "It's Got Legs," a Mancunian expression meaning endurance and potential.
It was designed to showcase the early stages of our third-year craft projects, focusing on the initial development of processes. I created a series of legs to support the plinths, allowing me to explore a range of skills and further develop my practice.
